Dr. Tucker has served on multiple journal editorial boards, including the British Journal of Nutrition, Nutrition & Dietetics, Nutrients, and Clocks & Sleep. As a registered dietitian who has worked in hospital and public health settings, she brings authentic healthcare and scientific expertise to medical and academic English instruction.
