Cancellation Policy

Payment must be completed before the session starts. Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 5% of the appointment fee. Rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment is free. Cancellations less than 24 hours and no-show appointments will be charged the full session rate. Package sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase.
